Cozy Couture is currently serving the Lafayette, Baton Rouge, and New Orleans area. We charge an additional $20 for party locations over 30 miles but less than 60 miles from the zip code 70555. Over 60 miles and less than 75 miles from zip code 70555, the mileage fee is $35. Anything over 75 miles but less than 150 miles is $50. Google maps will be used to determine mileage.

Deposits and Payments

Cozy Couture requires a non-refundable fee of $100 and a signed party agreement in order to book your event.  Your party date is not officially secured until the deposit is received and contract signed. The final balance must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to your event and will be calculated based on your final head count. Parties are booked on a first-come first-served basis and you will be notified upon booking approval.  If for any reason we are unable to process your payment or if payment is not received in advance, we reserve the right to cancel your event. Invoices will be sent through www.Paypal.com

Party Attendance

Cozy Couture Party packages are designed and priced specifically for the number of guest allowed in each package. You will be charged for that minimum even if a lesser amount of guests attend. If attendance is more, you will be charged for each guest accordingly. If guests show up that are not in your final head count, we will do our best to include them but are only responsible for those initially included. We cannot guarantee that they will receive favors, a craft, or any other party items.

Rush Policy

If you are requesting, and we have available, a party date less than 3 weeks out, we may require a rush fee of $35.

CC Hostess Arrival/Departure

We will arrive at your home or choice of approved venue promptly before the scheduled time of the event to set up your party. Set up and break down happens quickly as there is much to do within a small window of time. Please make sure the area where the party will be held has been previously cleared of any extra furniture or delicate valuables that could be broken. We will not move furniture or valuables. After the service time of your package is completed we require 1 hour to break down the party. We ask that during setup and break down you keep children and other family members in another area.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following refund policy applies: Your deposits are non-refundable, however, if you need to reschedule, we will gladly offer an alternative party date for your consideration. If you would like new invitations printed we will gladly print them for you at cost. If any bakery items have been ordered no refunds will be given. We will try to have them rescheduled. In the event of inclement weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel any event and offer an alternative party date.

Guest Arrival/Departure

Our parties are scheduled for a specific time and work best for all when guests arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the party start time. You are encouraged to communicate this to your guests since there will be no disruption of service to guests already in attendance. All Cozy Couture Parties will start and end on time…no exceptions.

Special Diets
Should any of your party guests have food allergies, we will try our best to be accommodating. However, if they have severe food allergies we recommend that you or their parent provide an alternate treat for that child.

Liability for Damage

We strictly provide entertainment and aren’t babysitters or caregivers. We assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during the party.  We will treat your home with the utmost care and respect, however we cannot be responsible for ANY accidental damage that is caused by the party or party guest. If you have any precious belongings please remove them from the entertaining area prior to the event.  In the event that you will be serving food of your own choosing, we ask that the same care be taken to keep our décor and costumes free from stains or other damage. Usually, tomato based entrees or greasy foods create a challenge. 

Photography

Cozy Couture Parties reserves the rights to use photography taken at your event in any promotional media, whether now known, or hereafter existing, controlled by Cozy Couture Parties LLC, in perpetuity, and for other use by Cozy Couture Parties LLC. Your signature on the party agreement constitutes your agreement that you will make no monetary or other claim against Cozy Couture Parties for the use of photographs taken of your child (or children), your home, and your guests.
